ANGEER Affiliate Program Terms

1. Eligibility and application review

Participation is by manual review. Applicants must provide accurate contact, channel, audience and content information. Approval of an application does not activate an affiliate account, create a tracking link or guarantee continued participation.

2. Commission and eligible order value

The commission rate is 10% of the eligible net product subtotal. The eligible subtotal excludes taxes, shipping, duties, gift-card value, discounts, cancelled items, refunded value, chargebacks, fraudulent activity and self-purchases.

3. Attribution

A qualifying order is attributed to the last eligible affiliate click within 30 days, unless an approved affiliate coupon assigned to one partner validly applies. Each order may be attributed to only one partner. Analytics and UTM data may support diagnosis but do not replace the affiliate-platform and order records.

4. Lock period and adjustments

Commission begins a 45-day lock after the related order reaches Completed status. A cancellation, partial or full refund, rejected payment or chargeback creates a corresponding negative adjustment. Adjustments are appended to the audit trail and do not erase the original event.

5. Payout terms

Commission is accounted for in USD. A payout can enter review only when released eligible commission reaches USD 100 and the required program and finance approvals are complete. PayPal payout capability is currently deferred. ANGEER may invite qualified creators, accept applications and approve suitable applicants as approved but not activated; it will not activate affiliates, issue tracking links or coupons, accrue or promise commission, or issue payouts until it can meet these terms.

6. Prohibited conduct

Partners may not make self-purchases; stuff cookies; use unapproved coupons; bid on protected ANGEER marks; fabricate reviews, experience, traffic, orders, results or endorsements; hide a commercial relationship; send spam; buy links; use private blog networks; demand dofollow links; insert undisclosed links; or require reciprocal links.

7. Disclosure and editorial independence

The affiliate or sponsored relationship must be disclosed clearly and conspicuously near the first meaningful brand or product reference and near a purchase call to action. A positive review is never required. Applicable links must use sponsored or nofollow treatment, and platform-native disclosure tools must be used where required.

8. Product facts and approved materials

Partners may use only current, approved product facts, matching variant media, destinations, coupons and creative materials. Unsupported health, safety, performance, certification, scarcity or savings claims are prohibited. When a product fact, destination or policy changes, affected materials must pause until reviewed.

9. Suspension, exit and termination

ANGEER may suspend or end participation for a material breach, platform warning, fraud signal, undisclosed relationship, spam complaint, inaccurate application, policy conflict or inability to operate the program as stated. A partner may request to exit. Eligible released commission remains subject to reconciliation, adjustments and the payout terms.

10. Privacy and records

Application, review, attribution, commission, adjustment and payout-status records are handled under the Affiliate Privacy Notice. Passwords, verification codes, tokens, identity documents and payment credentials must not be sent through an ordinary affiliate inquiry.

11. Changes and contact

The posted version and effective date identify the applicable terms. Material changes will be versioned before they apply to new acceptance. Program questions and opt-out requests may be sent to info@angeerkitchen.com.
