How ANGEER handles affiliate-program information

ANGEER may invite qualified creators and accept applications for manual review. Approval does not activate an affiliate account. Tracking links, coupons, commission accrual and payouts remain disabled until the remaining runtime and payout checks are ready.

Scope
This notice covers information used to review affiliate applications, administer approved partner access, attribute eligible orders, reconcile commission and adjustments, handle program communications and prepare compliant payout records. It supplements the general ANGEER Privacy Policy.
Information covered
- Application details: name, email, channel URL, audience and market, proposed content approach, locale, application status and reviewer notes.
- Acceptance records: the applicable Terms and Privacy versions and their UTC acceptance time.
- Program records: partner identifier, approved links or coupons, campaign and creative versions, disclosures, decisions, exits, complaints and incident status.
- Attribution records: eligible click, coupon and order references, timestamps, order status, eligible net product subtotal, commission, lock date and reversal events.
- Payout-readiness records: released balance, threshold status, approvals and a non-secret payment-reference record after a real payout. Passwords, verification codes, tokens and full payment credentials are not collected in the application.
How information is used
ANGEER uses the information to assess channel and audience fit, prevent duplicate or abusive applications, document acceptance, administer approved access, attribute eligible activity, calculate and reconcile commission, post refund or chargeback adjustments, respond to privacy or program requests, enforce the terms and maintain an audit trail.
Access and service providers
Access is limited by role. The application reviewer evaluates applications, the program and privacy owner controls activation and privacy decisions, and the finance operator handles only the records needed for approved payouts. Hosting, ecommerce, affiliate-platform, security, email and payment providers may process the minimum information required for their service.
Retention, hold and deletion
Affiliate application and program records are scheduled for deletion after 24 months when the retention gate is enabled and no documented financial, dispute, fraud, security or legal hold applies. A hold affects only the related records. Records needed for a real commission or payout remain subject to reconciliation and applicable recordkeeping duties.
Access, export and erasure requests
Where applicable, a person may request access to or erasure of affiliate-application information using the email address supplied in the application. ANGEER uses the WordPress privacy export and erasure workflow. A documented hold or financial reference may require limited retention, which will be reflected in the request result.
Security and contact
ANGEER uses closed runtime gates, role-based access, private application records, versioned acceptance, event records and reconciliation checks to reduce unauthorized use. No system can guarantee absolute security.
