1. Eligibility and lawful store use
Customers must be legally able to enter a purchase contract in their location. The store may not be used to interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, collect protected account information, submit false information or violate another party's rights.
2. Product information
ANGEER works to keep descriptions, images, specifications, prices, variants and availability accurate. Screen colors, packaging and non-functional presentation details may vary. Product information does not replace the instructions, warnings or care guidance included with the product.
3. Orders and payment
An order is an offer to purchase. ANGEER may accept, decline, limit or cancel an order for stock, pricing, fraud-prevention, delivery or legal reasons. Available payment methods are processed by the applicable provider. Product price, currency, shipping method, taxes where applicable and total amount are shown before submission.
4. Shipping, returns and warranty
The Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Limited Warranty form part of these terms. Marketplace orders, including orders placed through Amazon, are governed by the applicable marketplace order and policies.
5. Product safety and acceptable use
Kitchen tools may contain sharp cutting edges, moving parts, electricity or rechargeable batteries. Use each product only as directed, follow the included safety and care instructions, keep hands clear of blades and moving parts, and keep products away from children unless appropriate adult supervision and product instructions permit use.
6. Intellectual property
The ANGEER name, logos, product images, page design, copy, videos and other original store content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Browsing or purchasing does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially exploit store content.
7. Reviews and submitted content
A customer who submits a review, image or other content confirms that it is truthful, lawful and authorized for submission. Content may not contain confidential information, infringement, impersonation, unlawful advertising or knowingly false claims. ANGEER may moderate content for legal, safety or relevance reasons without creating or altering the reviewer's experience.
8. Disclaimers and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store is provided on an as-available basis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. ANGEER is not responsible for loss caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, failure to follow instructions or events outside reasonable control.
9. Changes and mandatory rights
These terms may be updated when products, services, laws or store operations change. The posted version and update date apply. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer protections or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded in the customer's location.
