- Email info@angeerkitchen.com with the order number, purchase email, product and reason for the request.
- For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, include clear photos or video that show the issue.
- Wait for return approval and the instructions that apply to the order.
- Pack the approved product securely with its included parts, then keep the carrier receipt and tracking until the review is complete.
Do not mail a product before receiving return authorization. An unauthorized parcel may be delayed or may not be matched to the correct order.

Condition and inspection
Return the product with its included components and without damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification or improper packing. ANGEER will inspect the returned item and email the decision. Mandatory consumer rights remain available where applicable.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider posting times are outside ANGEER control. For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the authorized return-shipping cost where permitted by law; an original express-delivery upgrade may be non-refundable where permitted. Any applicable deduction will be stated in the return authorization before the customer ships the product.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact support as soon as possible with the order number and supporting photos or video. For a quality issue, incorrect item, arrival damage or confirmed defect, ANGEER will provide the remedy required by this policy and applicable law, including authorized return-transport support or a prepaid/equivalent method when ANGEER is responsible.
Amazon orders
An order completed on Amazon is governed by the applicable Amazon order and marketplace policy. Start the return or refund request from the Amazon account used for that purchase.
